About Boards Care

Boards Care is a governance execution platform: verifiable voting inside a Zoom meeting, carried through resolution, signature and the minute book, for boards, membership associations and AGMs.

The pieces a board secretary needs — a locked voter register, a proxy process that holds up, an audit trail that survives being questioned, e-signatures that don't require handing off to a separate vendor partway through — usually live in different tools, or don't exist at all in a free board-portal tier. Boards Care puts them in one place.

Where we are

Boards Care is an early-stage company. Every claim on this site describes something built and tested today, not a roadmap item — if a page says a feature exists, it exists.
